Osnat Dvorkin is the Zionist Federation of New Zealand community, Habo and Aliya Shlicha. She has a BA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Jewish Philosophy and Art History. Osnat has worked as a Communities director for the Young Shlichim unit of the Jewish Agency. As such she had worked with and visited Jewish communities in all corners of the Jewish world. She was the coordinator of the Nitzanim course, a scholarship course for return shlichim developing as professionals in Jewish and Israeli education.
