Rachel Korpus and Colin Bulka share their experiences, vision and practical ideas on creating a great Jewish community in New Zealand,how we do it differently over here and why our model has something to teach the Jewish world. Colin - madrich to many NZ Machon and Shnat groups and visiting from the Jewish Agency - will share his perspective on New Zealand Jewish leadership and growth and Rachel Korpus will share her experiences from growing up in, living and working in the New Zealand Jewish community. This discussion session will be facilitated by Osnat Dvorkin, who brings her own perspective to the situation, as an Israeli who has worked with many sectors of the community since beginning shlichut here two years ago.
