Since the beginning of time, art and the creative energy behind it has captured our imagination. Creative energy has the power to provide insight into our lives. When words are not enough we turn to images and symbols to speak for us. Can the way we create art, share it and give meaning to our creation, heal? In this session we will talk about what art therapy is and how it occurs, incuding discussion of an Israeli war film which acts as therapy for the filmmaker. We will experience a short group art therapy session using different techniques. Limited to 10 people!
